Mark Landis, Founder & President
Metro Insurance & Financial Services was founded by Mark Landis in 2012. A longtime entrepreneur and President of Metro Merchant Services, Mark saw the opportunity to help his portfolio of small business merchant clients and their families with insurance solutions. Metro has a reputation for outstanding customer service and is dedicated to delivering the best insurance products and services to their clients. Mark is currently licensed in 38 states.

Kelly Andreason, Vice President - Legacy of Love
Kelly joined Metro Insurance & Financial Services in 2020. She is a licensed insurance agent who is passionate about helping others. She currently spearheads the Legacy of Love division which provides clients the opportunity to pre-plan their funeral preferences and fund it with a pre-need insurance policy. Kelly works to train agents on the program.
Kelly graduated cum laude from the University of Delaware with a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Advertising.
Kelly believes in giving back important- she mentors younger Entrepreneurship students at UD, volunteers regularly at her church, and volunteers her time instructing the teen Camper in Leadership Training program at Camp Cedarbrook in Pennsylvania year round. On the weekend, you can catch her visiting local coffee shops with her daughter, walking her dog, or catching up on the latest Netflix series.

Allyson Nguyen, Administrative Support
Allyson joined Metro Insurance and Financial Services in 2022. She is new to the insurance industry, but has over 15 years of administrative experience in the legal and medical fields, and is committed to providing excellent service. She currently assists in the contracting process for agents, handling policy submissions for the Legacy of Love program, and other administrative duties.
She loves spending time with her husband and two daughters in her free time, hiking, crafts, coffee, and board games.

Sean Valentine, Licensed Life and Annuity Agent
“I’ve served my country, I’ve served my community, and now I serve my clients.”
Sean served in the United States Army as a military police officer for a total of 10 years. Active and reserves combined. Sean received his Honorable discharge as well as a certificate of achievement award.
After active duty, Sean was hired as a police officer in the state of Virginia where he worked as a patrol officer, detective, and swat team member for more than 10 years. Sean has received a bronze star and certificate of achievement award from the city of Harrisonburg, Virginia for acts of bravery.
Sean started his insurance and financial services career July 15, 2007. He has studied Medicare and Medicare supplement products extensively and has been working as a financial professional since 2010. He assists his clients with all their retirement needs and is able to put a financial plan together for them as well. Each plan is different and Sean makes sure to take notes in order to develop the best plan for each individual client.

Charlotta Valentine, Licensed Life and Annuity Agent
Charlotta’s mission is to serve her clients in a fair and ethical manner, and she continually strives to help protect her clients and their families’ financial security. Charlotta recognizes that her needs and priorities will continue to evolve, and she is committed to assisting each client throughout all of life’s stages.
Charlotta has worked in the Financial Services industry for over 19 years. Prior to helping clients with life insurance, health insurance and annuities Charlotta served as a Senior Mutual Fund Administrator / Investment Officer at Wilmington Trust Company where she serviced the bank’s mutual funds and board of trustees. Following her time with Wilmington Trust, she joined The Bank of New York Mellon as a Vice President of Regulatory Administration where she provided regulatory administrative services to clients.
Charlotta graduated from Goldey-Beacom College with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business. She was originally born and raised in Hassleholm, Sweden and currently resides in Clayton, Delaware with her husband, Sean, and their 7-year old son, Ludwig. In her free time, you will find her traveling, at the beach or gardening.
